Free delivery on orders $900 and over, anywhere we deliver.
We currently deliver locally only — Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. If your address falls outside our delivery area, checkout will let you know there's no shipping available. Call us and we'll tell you what we can do.
Pickup
Pickup is available — call the office at (708) 574-6017 to arrange it. Please call before coming: we'll confirm the item is ready and agree a time.
Returns
Our full terms are on the Return & Refund Policy page: a 7-day window for unused merchandise in original packaging with a 15% restocking fee, 72 hours to report damage or defects, and final-sale rules for mattresses, special orders and clearance.
Delivery charges are not refundable on change-of-mind returns.
