30-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and hardware.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance and floor-sample items, and custom or special orders, are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect, contact us right away with photos and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number to begin a return. Once your item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
